About One Bedrooms
​(+ Study) Units

Our single bedroom units and single bedroom + study are the most common homes in our village. These units offer a range of benefits to make your retirement living as comfortable as possible.

You'll have easy access to car-parking, making it convenient for you to move around the village. 

The units located in Blocks 1 and 2 all have the benefit of coming with built-in laundries for your convenience.  All other 1 bedroom units have communal laundry facilities that are conveniently located nearby your unit for your use.  

The floor coverings include carpet throughout, tiles in the bathroom, and a vinyl floor in the kitchen. We take security seriously, which is why we provide front and back door lockable security doors. The bathroom is fully tiled and includes a vanity, mirrored cupboard, and exhaust fan and heat lamps. Grab rails are also available if required.

Our kitchens have laminate cupboards, a double sink, oven, and range hood.
​The bedroom features built-in wardrobes, and there are T.V. and telephone plugs available. We've also made it easy to access the mini circuit breakers in the unit. 

​All windows have fly screens, and pelmets with quality curtain lining provide a touch of elegance to your apartment.
