As we operate as a not-for-profit retirement village we ensure that:
  • our financial affairs are managed responsibly
  • we do not operate while  insolvent
  • we continue to meet all its obligations to the ACNC.  This includes the village continuing to work towards its charitable purposes and to remain not-for-profit.
