A Very Social Life 

​Blue Mountains Retirement Village has a range of activities occurring that you can choose to be involved in or not.  There are regular bus outings, exercise classes, monthly Happy Hour, book/reading group, indoor bowls, line dancing, movie screenings and a weekly coffee and chat morning.

Our Social Activities Include:

• Happy hour on the last Thursday of each month
• Keep fit exercise classes
• Movie afternoons
• Mindful Art Group
• Regular BBQ days in the Community Garden
• Monthly bus trips
• Music appreciation sessions
• Christmas celebrations
• Open garden day in Spring
• The Annual Hospital Auxiliary Quilt Show held in September each year; and
• Fundraising Activities i.e. Laura Harvest Festival, fashion sales and parades, presentations from guest speakers, etc.

Visitors Space

Visitors are always welcome and residents may always accommodate guests for a short stay, however, we do have a Visitors Unit on site for rent. It is available for $50 per night.
